Wow tabouleh with buckwheat groats! I have to try that next time. I just made tabouleh the other day with grated cauliflower instead of the tradtional bulgar we grew up eating. We’ve been removing wheat from our diet and look forward to your buckwheat recipes. Thanks for sharing!
