If you can’t find pumpkin pie spice at your local store, you can make it yourself by mixing the following ingredients:
- 3 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp ground ginger
- 2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 ½ tsp ground allspice
- 1 ½ tsp ground cloves
You can adjust the ratios as you like to get the flavor you want.
